Made from all vintage fabric, these skirts each have a clown down the front. Some other circus animals make appearances too. Everyone’s sticking out their tongue at this circus! White tassel fringe lines the bottoms, with the hems slightly curved up at the sides. High waisted, zips ups the back.

These skirts have no stretch, please see measurements carefully. Model is wearing the 26”, mannequin is wearing the 24”. The 3 larger skirts have the brown diamond pattern on the back. The size 30” has embroidery at center front, please see last photo.
